Took the red De Rosa to Buena Vista, crossed the ferry, rode to south Salem, Turner, Jefferson, Albany, and after stopping at the house to grab a snack and switch to the Cervelo, I did a Decker loop.

Food consumed: a ham/cheese sandwich & a tomato juice @ Turner, two small tacos and a 20 oz Diet Pepsi @ Jefferson, and a bowl of soup at home
Rode with Henry and Lyle. We averaged over 18 for the 83 miles we rode together...
